I used the online Flash Player Settings Manager at macromedia.com. If you remove everything and click "Never" everywhere it will crash Mozilla in NPSWF32.DLL. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make sure you have Flash 6 installed 2. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/help/settings/ 3. Click "Reset Privacy", then Confirm, then "Delete all sites", then Confirm. 4. Check the "Never" checkboxes at top right and bottom right of Flash movie. Actual Results: Crash in NPSWF32.DLL. Expected Results: No crash. Tested using Flash version 6.0r47. Also try just doing "Delete all sites" and then checking the "Never" checkbox at bottom right: the window that appears shows the text "Decreasing the amount below - deletes all information that *null* has stored on your computer. This very probably can't be fixed in Mozilla but only in Flash and thus should block bug 139820.

Serge, could you confirm the crash? If so, we should mark this new or resolve it as invalid...

hmm, i did not crash using Gecko/20020823 Netscape/7.0 & Flash 6.0 r47 on w2k

Confirming this on Windows 98, build 2002-08-30 TBID: TB10131460X I say confirm for now, since the crash is repeatable. If it's definitely not fixable in Mozilla, then resolve invalid later.
