Window seems to be missing an OK or SELECT button for the digital certificate to
be selected. In anycase, it might benefit from a bit of tuning for button
arrangement.

Also, the documentation associated with where the user can import/manage digital
certificates is incorrect - doc refers to File menu, but prefs was under Mozilla
menu.
brian, what build ID are you reporting this bug against? How do you display that
dialog?

The long text string in the "Certificates" pop-up is causing the chrome to be
wider than the dialog's width. That text needs to truncate. Revising Summary.

brian, please file that second issue as a separate bug.

Reporter, can you try a newer build? My cert info just wraps around, allowing
both the OK and cancel buttons to appear.
