User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 The best way to describe this bug is to look at the steps to reproduce it. Tabbed windows should be independent from all others, but in this case, it is possible for annoying behaviour from one tabbed window to affect all tabbed windows open in the current Navigator window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new browser window and load a web page 2. Open a new tab and go to the URL specified in this bug 3. Switch back to the first tab Actual Results: The scrolling JavaScript status message keeps scrolling across the bottom of the browser window even though we're no longer focused on the tabbed window from which the JavaScript code is originating. Expected Results: The status message should only apply to the tabbed window, not the entire browser window and all of its tabbed windows.
