Details

I'm seeing this in trunk 2002090522, It apparently regressed this or previous week.

Steps to reproduce:
1. compse a HTML message
2. type aaaa
3. press enter
4. type bbbb
5. go up, then to the end (so you're at the end of "aaaa" line)
6. press delete

Observed behaviour:
The result is bbbbaaaa (the second line is appended before the first line)

Expected behaviour:
The result is aaaabbbb (the order of characters is preserved, minus the deleted
End-Of-Line)
Is this bug 166524 which should be fixed for 20020906?
