1. Go to the above URL
2. type some non ASCII text in one filed
3. switch to the next field, type some non ASCII text
4. #2 is right bug #3 is wrong.

what happen is we didn't broadcast the WM_LANGUAGECHAGEREQUEST to ALL the child
widnow.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Priority: P3 → P2
Target Milestone: M11
I think mailnews is depend on this. It is workaround able by switching the
keyboard for each fields.
