167218 - Java can not be installed when full install Netscape build under a Japanese folder name

Build: 09-06 trunk, 09-05 branch and N7.0 build on linux RH7.2

I found this was when I tried to install a Japanese N7.0 build under a Japanese
directory, and then found out it US build also has the same problem.

Steps:
1. Download installer, and run ./netscape-installer
2. Choose Full type of installation which contains Java plugins.

Result:
After finished installation and launch the browser, go to Tools | Web
Development | Java Console, the Java Console is greyed-out, if you visit any
Java web page, will pop-up a dialog for download Java.

Note:
There is no libjavaplugin_oji.so under plugins directory.

This will prevent user install a build with Java plugin under non-ascii
directory, this is a bad bug especially for localized build.
Nominate as nsbeta1.

This is a known issue, see bug 162003.

With that installed build, when I visit any Java page, will get a download Java
plugin pup-up dialog.  I downloaded the Java plugins, and get install successful
message.

However, this result still the same, Java actually didn't get installed after this.

I think both roy and me are off mozilla for more than 2 years. If these bugs are
still here now, I think the real stauts is 'won't fix'. If you want to reopen
it, please find a new owner for it first.
