In the mail Window Front-end it is not possible to change the encoding for viewing
accounts and folders  ,result -> Some subjects from mails (in greek) that don't
specify the proper enconding in the header appear wrong .
I would like to be able to set the default encondig for the mail Window Front-End .

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I choosed from the mail Window Front-End Greek as enconding but nothing happened 

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
Use Greek for default enconding for viewing folders and subjects
in the mail Window Front-end
