I wanted to attach an empty (zero byte) file as a testcase for bug 57717.
Bugzilla said "The file you are trying to attach is empty!".
FOO!
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 22 years ago
Resolution: --- → WONTFIX
Bugzilla shouldn't allow an empty file.

AND

The Mozilla issue in bug 57717 can be seen just by placing an empty file on your
hard drive and opening it using File->OpenFile
