Go to site above and try to login: 
Mozilla alerts: Error establishing an encrypted connection to 
benefits.salomonsmithbarney.com. Error Code: -5981.

While the error code is somewhat cryptic, the effect is 
clear, Mozilla (and Netscape 7) is not able to connect to
https://benefits.salomonsmithbarney.com.

Can you try a nightly build from www.mozilla.org, and if OCSP is on, turn it 
off? Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Validation>Do not use OCSP. Possibly related to bug 
130885
Verified to be a OCSP related bug, so this is really bug 151271 ?
Access to benefitaccess.com works with OCSP turned off.
So you can DUP this one to bug 151271...
