It'd be nice if you could press the tab-key to find the next match during typeahead search. So if you type "bug" and there is more then one link on the page that contains that word you can just press tab to step through all links with that word. Right now ctrl-g performs this functionality (at least on windows), but tab seems like a more intuitive option.

I'm sorry, but I disagree with this. Tab goes to the next link or form control from where you are, I really don't want to change that. I've alreay had people tell me that they like it that Tab moves relative to the typeaheadfind, but still does what Tab nroamlly does. I think the normal "find next" key is more intuitive. BTW, F3 also works for Find Next, at least on Win and Unix. WONTFIX, unless I'm surprised by a flood of similar requests.
