Using the newest version, Mozilla always tells me it can't find the file when i
want to access www.pku.edu.cn or www.pku.edu.cn/index.html, but In fact the file
is just there

Steps to Reproduce:

WORKSFORME in IE 5.52 and Mozilla 1.1 on Windows 2000 Professional.
If it was a regression, it was a relatively recent one.

More likely cause:
The Peking University webmaster was updating something and was prohibiting
others from "peking" at his unfinished work.
