deleting a CRL doesn't disable auto-update

If you have enabled auto-update for a CRL and then click delete, the auto-update is still enabled, and eventually the CRL reappears in the database. This is wrong. This has been problematic for me when testing CRLs because a CRL that I thought wasn't there kept coming back (and crashing in my test NSS code). Very inconvenient.
