Mozilla (ver. 1.0, 1.01) has problem with passwords remembering (remeberig of
new passwords and login)- minimal at http://www.pobox.sk. It worked excellent,
but now not. Password completing (fill in) works well (good).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. www.pobox.sk
Actual Results:
I have to write all NEW infos (login and password)

Expected Results:
Password manager should work righ and new password it should remember

 -
I'm afraid I don't understand the description. Could you please give a detailed
step-by-step description of what you are doing, what you are observing, and what
you expected to observe. Thanks.
I have account on this web server. Password manager inserts for me my login and
password. Till it is O.K. But I make new account. I type http://www.pobox.sk,
then, when web-page does start, - password manager inserts OLD login and
password. I erase it, and type my NEW login and password (my secoud account).
And here is the problem. Password mamager does not remember it. Password manager
does not start with this table (or smal menu) for remembering, unremembering or
cancelig the new passwords. And I have to remember my new password only in my
memory.
I can not put this new password in menu: Stored password.
This is working fine for me. Here are the detailed steps that I took.
Reporter, let me know if your steps differed from these.

1. Go to http://www.pobox.sk
2. Fill in a bogus username (POBOX Login) and password (POBOX HESLO)
3. Press the submit button (Odoslat)
4. Answer yes to password manager's do-you-want-to-save dialog
5. This gets us to a second page (http://www6.pobox.sk/online) which has the
username of step 2 prefilled under "Vase prihlasovacie meno:" This was done
by the server it self and not by password manager.
6. Go back to http://www.pobox.sk (step 1). Takes a long time to finish loading
7. When loading finishes, username and password from 2 are prefilled
8. Change to another username and password and press submit
9. Answer yes to password manager's do-you-want-to-save dialog
10. This gets us to second page again with username of step 8 prefilled (by
    server)
11. Go back to http://www.pobox.sk. Takes a long time to load.
12. When loading finishes I am prompted to select from the two saved logins

So everything is behaving as expected. The only surprise is in steps 5 and 10
which has the last-used username prefilled. But, as I mentioned, this was done
by the site and is not under our control.

Closing out as works-for-me. Reporter, if you are performing these identical
steps and observing something different, then please reopen. If I misunderstood
you and you are preforming some other steps, then please describe them and reopen.

Thank you for your answer Mr. Stephen P. Morse.
My son, my goodwife and me have three address on this webserver.
My steps are diferent. But not my steps, but steps of mozilla.

1. Go to http://www.pobox.sk
2. Fill in a bogus username (POBOX Login) and password (POBOX HESLO)
3. Press the submit button (Odoslat)
4. There's nothing doing. No dialog, no password manager, no remembering.
5. ...

Have you turned off the pref for password manager? That's in
edit->preferences->privacy->passwords->remember-password.

Have you put the site on the list of sites for which passwords are never saved.
 That's in tools->password-manager->passwords-never-saved

Also create a new profile and see if you have the same behavior.

I definitely get the do-you-want-to-save box in step 4. And so does Terri Preston.
Sorry, I don't know how, but I have put this site on the list of sites for which
passwords are never saved.
I am sorry for your time-rob.
Sorry.
