hrm, when i save "web page - complete" for the test url
(http://www.cevae.nl/home.html), then try to display what i had saved, the
images in the top frame are not displayed.

the "missing" images, loupe.gif and koppen2.gif are, however, saved in a folder
called "topp_data".

tested using 2002.09.19.08 comm trunk builds. reopening this --but if the
missing images issue is covered by another more recent bug, pls do re-resolve
this as fixed. and, point me to that other bug. thanks!
