Sometime when I print same page, the font size of the printing output are different. I will upload ps file for each print result.

Two questions: 1. Does printing with the Xprint module result in the same problem ? 2. Does turning-off "ShrinkToFit" in PageSetup fix the issue ?

This may be fixed with the lastest patch to Bug 168961

I didn't try Xprint but I think it's not depend on the gfx module.
I tried to turning-off "ShrinkToFit", this problem disappear|

Fixed by bug 168961 ("ShrinkToFit doesn't correctly handle overflow:scroll"), marking bug as FIXED.
