I am having a problem with running a .url file on my machine and having the
referenced web page get loaded.  Instead, it displays the windows filename in
the address box and puts up an error message say "only http or ftp" or something
or other.

I need to know the correct way to call Moz from Windows File Type ".url"
(internet shortcut).  Or perhaps have I done something to prefs?
