Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch mozilla.
2. Go to the following testcase.

Actual result:
'Color' and 'background' properties are applied.
But "font-family: monospace" is ignored.

Expected result:
"font-family: monospace" should be also applied.

I'm using [1999102208] build mozilla.exe on WinNT4 (SP5).
