Double clicking on the icon launches two browser windows. The first one doesn't
have the personal folder bookmarks in the personal toolbar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Completely exit Mozilla on your computer
2.Double click on the Mozilla icon in your taskbar
3.Look at the first painted window

Actual Results:  
Close the busted window and browse normally on the second window

Expected Results:  
Likely should have brought up the bookmarks in both windows

Skeeter could you please try to reproduce this on a more recent build?
Seems to have gone away in 1.2alpha from October 11. It was still there in the
Alpha available from the download from page.
