173899 - Net installer fails in 2002-10-10-15-trunk

I'm installing the latest trunk build for today, the net install.

It fails for me with an error (I think it is the new improved error message). 

So I tried it via my proxy, to get a quick log (I'm actually trying to get
something else done on this build and get to bed...)

I get a pile of log entries that show the URL could not be found (404 error):

However, when I take the URL and put it into phoenix 0.2, it does get an XPI
file and ask me if I really want to install.

This also happened to me yesterday, on what I recall was a branch build.

If someone can just run the win net installer and it works, invalidate this bug.
