the chat applets at www.gay.com and www.geocities.com cuase the browsers to
quit. This happens consistantly on all mozilla code based browsers I have tried.

Please mention build ID. Are you running MacOSX 10.2 ?

If so, upgrade to 1.2a or nightlty build, should be dupe of bug 154699.

Using the 2002-10-23-05 trunk build, I can reproduce a crash when entering the
chat applet at www.gay.com. Tested under OS X 10.2.1.
