I have a lot of bookmarks, so bookmarks menu if longer than height of the
screen, which makes the arrows on top and bottom show up. Unfortunatelly arrows
don't work correctly - I need to move mouse over arrows and back to show
exceeding bookmark one by one. Clicking or just holding mouse over the arrows
doesn't work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a lot of bookmarks - more than screen height can hold at once
2. try accessing bookmarks by clicking or moving mouse over the arrows

Actual Results:
not much - the arrows don't scroll the window - one must move the mouse to get
to bookmarks on the bottom of the list

Expected Results:
easy access to bookmarks exceeding the list: either by holiding the mouse over
for a while or clicking the arrows
sounds like bug 163104, but that one was fixed on Oct 12th
sorry about that.
It works fine with mozilla I just downloaded
I think this makes it INVALID?

Smells like a dup then, but there are dups enough. Verified invalid per comment 2.
