176812 - Unable to select the contents of the bug

Seen on windows 2K (netscape trunk build: 2002-10-24-08-TRUNK)

1. Launch the build above.
2. Make sure go to View > Show/Hide and select Navigation Toolbar, Personal
Toolbar ,Tab bar.
3. Go to mailnews and read mail. Open one of the bugzilla bug in mail. For
example, click on one of the url link like this in mail:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175445
4. Pay attention the Navigation/Personal Toolbars are disappeared.
5. There is a work around if you open File > New Navigation window
and then go back to the mail and click one of the bugzilla bug, it then 
works fine, shows the navigation /personal toolbars.
6. Try to select the contents of this bugzilla bug: 175445. It wouldn't let
you to select it.

What I said in that other bug is also valid here:
WFM with 2002121004 on Win2k. I'm doing this every day. You see this in a
current Mozilla build?
