-install the build
-goto the components | talkback folder
notice that the master.ini file is missing
this is actually a smoketest blocker as originally agreed upon by Shiva.
Severity: critical → blocker

Yummi has already identified the problem and Shiva has solved it.  Marking 
fixed; this will not be a problem in the next build cycle.
