Details
The image at the URL given does not display properly. It should be an image of a cat blinking its eye, but when the eye 'blinks' the rest of the image is not displayed.

-> Invalid The gif works the way it's designed. Frame 1 is marked to dispose to previous image (which there is none, so it blanks), then frame 2 draws. Mozilla shows it the same as IE 6, Animation Shop 3, ACDSee 3, Opera 6.

Netscape 4.79 didn't show it that way, but it must be a Netscape bug.

Yeah, Netscape 4.x is messed up ;) If it's your image, just make frame 1 not dispose itself and resave.
