In Mozilla 1.1, I found this problem that could be a pain for the users who like
using the Bookmarka.

If found this problem when using the Bookmarks panel, leaving a bookmark
selected, then right-clicking a Bookmark from Personal Folder and selecting
Delete. Mozilla will delete the Bookmark selected at SideBar, leaving the
Personal Folder one at its current position.
