summary sez it all. you'll need to turn the history sidebar on to see it (add
user_pref("chimera.show_history", true); in prefs.js).

basically need the following kinds of context menus:

* unselected region in sidebar
* selected folder
* selected global history entry
* any others?

We have contextual menu support in the 20040101 NB since the new bookmarks
manager. Setting as WFM
