Details

Overview Description: When you change your password via Edit - Wallet - Change
password, you are only asked once for your password. I would think you should be
asked twice, as you are when you initially set it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set a password by saving a signon at slip/projects/marvin/wallet/login.html
2) Goto Edit - Wallet - Change Password
3) Enter a new password when prompted

Actual Results: None

Expected Results: You should be asked again to confirm password.

Found on 11/03 Linux build. This may have been around forever, first time I've
checked this in a long time. Not a super big deal, BTW.
