179699 - "mailViews.dat" keep coming back

I dont use filters but still the file "mailViews.dat" keeps coming back into my
profile.
The file should be create if the user actually uses/changes the filters.

Are you expecting the UI to change (and the Mail Views pull-down to be removed)
if the mailViews.dat file is missing?

If you want to remove the default views, you can customize and remove them ...
but  current procedure creates a default mailViews.dat file is one is not found.

No I just kind of think that the default view should be applied if the file is
not there. If the user changes some then we can save the file.

I'm going to mark this wontfix, assuming this works:

if you don't want the views, choose "Customize..." and delete them all.

if the file isn't there, we create it.  that way new profiles and existing,
older mozilla / netscape profiles who upgrade will get it.

wontfix, just delete them in the UI.
