Wrap-around:
Open Bookmarks menu and hit Arrow-down now hit Arrow-Up should show the last
item in the Bookmark menu rather than doing nothing.

Extended Keyboard Support:
Home/End/Page Up/Page Down supports when the Bookmarks menu is opened.

I don't believe any Mac applications conform to the behavior you are describing.
I recommend resolving as INVALID.
Yeah, it's the OS that handles arrows keys in menus.

yeah, i wish that os x menus supported home/end, especially for a long bookmark
menu!
