The default bookmark list need some enhancements

The file is located at :
Navigator/Contents/MacOs/defaults/profile/bookmarks.xml

Requested ehancement

Put the default bookmark file into a localisable directory (if possible), so
it will be more easy to give the equivalent or similar URL in other languages.

For example : apple.fr instead of apple.com in French.
If possible, the default folders names must be able to be localisable too.
like "Mes panneaux" instead of "my pannels"

Reproducible: Always

This would be a very nice polish for 1.0 so that the localisers can add
localised bookmarks. Just like we now do for the SearchURL list.
Target Milestone: --- → Camino1.0
Ping.

Possible? Easy enough for 09? CCing Ludo.
