If you're focused on the To-> Cc-> or Bcc-> button and use Alt+mnemonic for that
key, the addressee will be entered in duplicate into the "Address Message To"
list on the right. Although in other steps user can properly get a single entry
via keyboard (by just using the mnemonic and not Alt+), this method should not
cause two entries to be placed in the list.

Steps:
1. Open compose window, use Address button to open Select Addresses dialog.
2. Select an address book/ldap dir and select a name in the lefthand list.
3. Tab to give focus to one of the buttons: To-> Cc-> or Bcc->.
4. With focus already on the button from step#3, do Alt+mnemonic for that button.

Result: a duplicate set of entries for that addressee is added to the righthand
"Address Message To" list.

Expected: a single addressee entry to be added to the list.

Which key, exactly, is meant here? T, C or B? Those are not specifically
entered as access keys for the items in the menu.

As far as I can tell, Alt+T opens the Tools menu, Alt+C shifts focus to the
Attachments box, and Alt+B does nothing at all.

Moz 1.8a5-1019, Win2K.
