181319 - crash if I click 'create mail filters' (XUL.mfl corrupted)

From the list that is displayed when my IMAP account is selected, I click on
'create mail filters' and Mozilla crashes.  Nothing is displayed.
Note: I have 8-10 filters which each have up to 12 conditions and these are all
working.  
All the other options on the account page work (Read Messages, COmpose a New
Messagem Account Settings, etc).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mail Application
2.Click on 'Create Message Filters'

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashed.  Mail window does not respond, browser window does not respond,
Mozilla process is using 0% cpu time.

Expected Results:  
Display filters dialog.

Using the default theme (Modern)
If someone can tell me how to get crash information (talkback is enabled but not
talking) I can get more information.
I have had this problem before and it cleared itself after a reboot.  Not so
this time.  It's been 3 days and several reboots.

try deleting the file XUL.mfl in your profile directory (before starting
mozilla) and tell if that change anything.

Also make sure you followed the installation notes when installing mozilla.
(Uninstall eventual older builds before installing a new)

I renamed XUL.mfl and this restored normal operation.  Thanks.
If there's anything in the old XUL file that will tell someone how this
happened, I can send it (or parts of it) for analysis.

I did uninstall my previous mozilla before installing this one, and filters were
working (and editable) in both builds before I had this problem.

The corrupted file will corruption, but not Why it happened.
I believe an app crash can cause it, but can't find an explicit bug on that.
Modifying summary so this bug turns up on XUL.mfl searches.

And resolving as WFM per comment 2.
