I am redirected to page /pasflash.htm because the site thinks I have no Flah
installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the page

Actual Results:  
redirected to /pasflash.htm

Expected Results:  
redirected to /home.htm (which renders perfectly)

I can confirm this issue with build 2002112008 and Flash plugin 6.0 r47.  The
site also uses bad browser detection (it only checks document.all and
document.layers).  home.htm does not render correctly for me.  I don't even see
usage of a Flash plugin object or embed element.

works fine now. tested with ff 0.8 on linux, with flash 
without flash I'm redirected to :
http://www.siemens-electromenager.com/upgrade_flash/upgrade_flash.html
