Netscape 4.79 had a single line Navigation Toolbar.
Newer versions and Mozilla waste a line with needlessly large icons.
I prefer to see as much of the screen available for URLs, with a minimum
of space wasted on browser details.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
See Netscape 4.79

Expected Results:
Try going back to the old style Nav. Toolbar. Even better, incorporate the URL
address on the same line as the "File Edit View..." line.
Lots of space on the right. Would be a nice improvement, less screen clutter.
