Hi,
When I installed this the url bar is missing but all of the bottons are there
this may be a regression from 0.6,0.7, and 0.8 vresions of mozilla the same
thing happened in those but it is the blue tint and the bottons look and seem to
work normal unlike those versions can this be checked for me this makes no sense
at all. It happenes in modern theme and is un repairable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install this bulid use modern theme.
2.Use modern theme.
3.you will see it.

Actual Results:  
The same.

Expected Results:  
Have the url bar so I can use it in modern theme.

Bryan, I'm seeing a pattern in your posts, having invalidated some. Please do
the Mozilla engineers a favour. With all the stuff you install on your profile,
you need to test all your bugs that you report thoroughly. This means vanilla
installing and fresh profiles sometimes. Bugzilla is not a forum, and please
answer any questions you are asked as reporter. I'm willing to bet that you
don't see this bug anymore. You've had a good six months to reply.
