18463 - Unnecessary file generated created in empty folders

Latest CCK build dated: 11-09-99

Steps to reproduce:

1-Launch CCK (No existing configs)
2-Create New Configuration
3-View the contents of the new configuration's directories

Results:

All empty directories contain a file named "DeleteThisFile"  Even the NCIFiles
directory contains this file.

Currently the deletethisfile is there inorder to make the zip work. it doesnt
copy empty directories so frank decided to put the deletethisfile in it .It
should be removed for the final product.

inorder to make zip work. they will not be there in the final product.

I went back and read all the comments and it seems to me that the empty folders 
and unnecessary files are NOT in the finished product.  is that true?  if so 
please mark this invalid.  blee, can you check to see what's going on when we 
get the cck builds running again?  thanks.

The installer now creates these dirs during installation, except for
