Using build 1999111009 on win98 and 1999110908 on linux and 1999110913 on mac if
you create a new profile, then follow directions to create a New account when
you go to Mail, you will see there is no "Collected Addresses" address book.
Selecting names in you mail account inbox won't create the book either. You
have to quit apprunner and reopen to see the Collected Addresses book. Note: it
will populate with e-mail names on messages you openend during the first
session, but they won't appear until you have quit and relaunched.

1. Launch apprunners Profile Manager
2. Select a name for the new profile and OK
3. Select that newly created profile and click Start
4. Select Mail from the tasks menu list
5. Account Manager will come up, fill in fields to create an account and OK the
dialog.
6. Select Address Book from the Tasks menu

Result: only the Personal Address Book is listed in the left pane (Directory
pane)
Expected: should see Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses book listed
in the Directory pane as they are both default books. Note: selecting the mail
account and selecting messages that would then populate the Collected Addresses
book with cards does not initiate the creation of the book until the user has
quit the app then reopened.
