Trunk build 2002-12-09-08: Mac 10.1.3

Overview: Open the browser, open Composer so it's in the foreground yet you can
still see the browser URL, select and drag to highlight the URL, start typing
and text appears in the Composer window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the browser (i.e. default url is www.netscape.com)
2. Open Composer so now a flashing cursor appears in the body of the composer
window.
3. Move the Composer window down so that you can see the Browser's URL field
4. Click and drag the mouse over the URL

Actual Results: Sometimes the URL (i.e. http://www.netscape.com) appears
highlighted giving the impression that it is editable. Type a different URL and
instead of seeing the new text in the URL, it appears in the Composer window.

Expected Results: If the URL appears highlighted then the focus should go to the
Browser window. When the user types new text in the URL then the new text should
replace the existing text (not appear in the Composer window).

Additional Information:
- trunk build 2002-12-09: WinMe, works as expected. As soon as I select and drag
then focus goes to the browser and as I type the new text appears in the URL.

The problem also occurs in a recent MachO release (Sairuh's my witness)
