To cache section in the Preferences is under Privacy in Phoenix 0.5, shouldn't
it be under Advanced or under General?
Was surprised to find it under Privacy

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Severity: normal → enhancement
Why is "Empty the cache" a preference in the first place, even? It's not as
though it stays set once you've clicked on it.

Shouldn't it have its own menu item? I suggest bunging it under Tools.
The developers are not going to move the cache settings. The prefs have been
reorganized and cache will remain under privacy.

I skipped a few that I'm unsure about from their summary and will manually go
