Build 2002121008

I created under cygwin/openssl a selfsigned certifcate to which I planned to
send a message.

When looking at "Message Security" it finds the correct certificate (with status
"Not Trusted") and states "not possible" for encryption.

However when clicking on "Send" I get:
<<Sending message failed.
You specified encryption for this message, but the application failed to find an
encryption certificate for ...>>

Suggestions:
1) At least correct the error message to say "failed to find a good/trusted cert..."
2) Better would be to add two buttons
  a) Send Unencrypted
  b) Continue Encryption to Untrusted Key (when chosen pop all kinds of warnings)
3) In the message security window, there should be a button for "Edit Trust" for
each of the listed certificates. Similarly, the then shown functionality
allowing to remedy the missing trust should also be made available if 2b) is chosen
4) Enhance the "Not possible" in the message security window with some reason why.
