in all case, when I delete the file "bookmarks.html" in my personal profile
folder, reload Phoenix but the program dosen't refresh the bookmark's menu with
the current bookmarks of InternetExplorer browser :-(

in my opinion the Phoenix browser need a function menu for importing IE
bookmarks anytime I want



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. delete the file "bookmarks.html" in my personal profile
2. reload Phoenix


Actual Results:  
the bookmarks menu is empty and Phoenix don't reload the current bookmarks of
Internet Explorer

Phoenix does not sync with IE. If you delete your bookmarks file, your bookmarks
are going to be gone. This is not unexpected behavior.
