Alex Savulov is now working on a different project at AOL and will not have time
to triage incoming bugs.  I (the remaining owner) would like to have the default
assignee set to formsub@layout.bugs, in the tradition of other layout components
including form controls (form@layout.bugs), so that triage for this component
can be watched and so that people don't think we are actually working on bugs we
are not working on.
Layout: Block and Inline's default assignee is 'block-and-inline@layout.bugs'
with no abbreviations or concatenation of words, so I think we should follow
suit and the default form submission owner should be named either
'form-submission@layout.bugs' or 'submission@form.bugs'.
I don't see how it matters, really.  It's not that there's really a convention.
 But form-submission would be fine with me too, if it makes people happy. 
CC'ing Kevin in case he cares.
Someone will have to create that account before I can do any reassignments.

The account is named temporary@johnkeiser.com and needs to be renamed.
What was finally decided on was form-submission@content.bugs.

I don't have admin privs on the front end of b.m.o.  (I'm assuming that's why
you CC'd me).  If you want me to do it, I have to do it via MySQL from the back
end, which is a pain in the butt, and doesn't record anything in profiles_activity.
I'm pretty sure this is a Gerv thing.
Account name changed. I don't like this illegal email address stuff, but since
there's a precedent, I can't really object. If you haven't already, please log
in as this user and disable all outgoing email. I'm pretty sure watchers get
email according to their own prefs, not that of the watchee, so that should be OK.
