1. Open the URL
2. Choose File->Save Page As...
3. Roll-down "Save file as type:" list
4. There is no "Web page, complete" option

That URL produces an error page for me. If I try to save my own "my eBay" page,
web page complete is an available save option. I also get the expected result on
an ordinary for auction item page.

Error on a page is Ok. Content doesn't matter.

Here the only available option for that page is "Text File".

The URL is derived from "eBay confirming bid for item..." page that also shows
the bug. But you cannot get that page without bidding. But anyway the provided
URL shows the bug. Don't look at content.

it seems that the http headers are screwed up on that page. i don't know much in
that area, but maybe an improper content-type (and an ambiguous extension) would
cause this problem.
