Details

Open a big page like the one in URL field.
Scroll to the end of that page.
Open the font dialog and reduce the corresponding font size (times normally) to
something small 9 pts, to be sure to see the problem.
Close the dialog... wait.
The page is empty, its contents is above, the vertical scroll bar did not change
to show it.
Click page up to see the contents.
Build 1210.

This is a gecko bug. It isn't repositioning the content after the font changed
pref callbacks, if the page content got shorter.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
This seems to be fixed in the NB from 032004l.
Fixed using 20040305 NB. This bug has been fixed by Bug 222300.
