*******observed with 1999-11-11-M11 Win build *****
Steps to reproduce:
-open netscape home page in 4.x and save it as an html file;
-go to 5.0, open new Mail Composition window;
- click Attach icon and attach the saved file;
-send it to 5.0 and 4.x;
//note: upon receiving page has lost all formatting and some contents

This has been fixed. Though, the 5.0 layout didn't display broken image well.
Instead it displays a few noisy "pixel" string. This should log a different bug
against layout. I believe we might already have bug of that but I am not sure.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
tested with 1999-12-21-23, looks OK to me, verifiying as fixed.
