When installing GRE, we need to make sure that it doesn't add itself to
mozilla's AppPaths key.

The same should be true when installing Mozilla.  It should not add the GRE path
to it's AppPaths key.

I remember the AppPaths key being updated somewhere, but can't remember where
exactly.  So I'm filing this bug to make sure check for the lack of this udpate.
is the AppPaths still needed.  can we close this?
no, please do not close this bug just yet.  This need to be verified after bug
186703 has been fixed.
