Password Manager won't remember passwords for numeric IP addresses.

Main web site with links to workload distribution servers using
numeric IP addresses.

Password Manager does not remember the password to the sites
that use numeric IP addresses.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a web site that has links to another server with a numeric address.
2. Other server has password protected web page.
3. password Manager prompts for but does not remember password for the site.



Expected Results:  
Password manager should remember passwords for any site.
WorksForMe using FizzillaMach/2003022003 using an authentication form on a web
page. Douglas, are you talking about Basic Authentication, where Mozilla shows a
username/password dialog window? Please provide an example URL.
