if i import a calendar with the wizard, i am asked which calendar to add the
events to. if i import a file from the tools menu, i am not given a choice of
calendars unless i select "open all new events before importing". this means
that i have to change every event by hand which can be quite tedious if there
are many events.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click "tools" -> "import from file"
2. choose either option from the duplicate management menu
3. select a file
4. select "no" from the import dialogue

Actual Results:
all events are added to the default calendar (i'm not sure how it is determined
which calendar events are added to)

Expected Results:
mozilla should ask you which calendar to add events to as is done in the wizard.

workaround: use wizard
This is now fixed in cvs.

Sorry, I should have said that it now goes into the currently selected calendar.
