User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.22; Mac_PowerPC)
Build Identifier: The program doesn't boot onto my computer.

1. It's way too hard to figure out how to get to this page! I just spent 20 minutes filling out
forms! I'm never going to do that again. Quite frankly I never want to do this again. I
don't have the time to screw around with it. Please, see 'Safari’ It has a very nice way to
give feed back. This will be the last time I give feedback so I better get it all in.

2. I can't even start Mozilla 1.3a on my Mac OS 10.2. The square that says Mozilla, with
the dragon, comes on in the beginning and then it reads something like "creating first
page" and stays like that for 5 minutes before I force quit the program. The program
doesn't boot onto my computer. I have to go back and use Mozilla 1.2 to start it.

3. Somehow my email addresses in both Mozilla and Netscape have been changed. I
want to get them back I've gone into profiles to try to retrieve them but I can't make it work.
I'm now going to have to call Netscape Tech assistance and pay them $40 to get the right
email addresses in my address book.

4. I down loaded a mpg movie from my dad's website and the only way I could get it to
my desk top was to open the cache and take it out of there. Every time I do that the
browser crashes if I hit the back button on the browser.
