When Page Info is launched, an error is printed to console:

Failed to load file:///opt/mozilla/phoenix/chrome/packages/core/contextHelp.js

This has happened since at least 0.5, and it's still happening in a build from
two days ago. Surprised there wasn't a bug filed.
